- Discourses on Livy (Discorsi sopra la prima deca di Tito Livio, 1513-1519). Published in 1531.
- Florentine Histories (Istorie fiorentine, 1525). Commissioned by Cardinal Giulio de' Medici; published in 1532.
- The Life of Castruccio Castracani (La vita di Castruccio Castracani da Lucca, 1520)
- The Mandrake (La mandragola, c. 1518). A comedy.
- The Prince (Il principe, 1513). Published in 1532, after the author's death.
